Update
Our team has identified the root cause and implemented a fix. As a result, we resumed processing transfers but some customers are still experiencing issues when moving money and adding money to their Wise account. This affects customers using the Wise website and mobile apps.

Our team is working to resolve this issue.

We're currently experiencing a technical issue affecting money transfers on our website and mobile apps. As a result, transfers are currently not being processed and its not possible to add money to your Wise account.

This issue also affects Wise Platform customers. Our team is already working on a fix.
