For up to 30 minutes, we will be undergoing a database upgrade. During this time transfers can be setup successfully but no money will be paid out until after the upgrade. We won’t be able to give a delivery estimate. And if you’re using Wise through a partner bank, you won’t see a delivery estimate for your transfer either.

For up to 15 minutes, we will be undergoing a database upgrade. During this time money transfers can’t be set up and paying for a transfer will fail. Customers who set up a transfer before the maintenance, will receive delayed confirmation that their transfer has been completed.
The above also applies to all customers of Wise that and those who use Wise through an API partner.
