Between 18:00 - 19:00 (GMT), on 7 December 2023, we’ll be performing scheduled maintenance.

During that time, all GBP transfers being received to Wise, or sent by Wise, over Faster Payments, will be affected:

1. Third-party deposits to our customers’ GBP account details will be delayed or rejected (depending on how the sending bank operates when a receiving bank is down)

2. Payouts to GBP will be delayed. We will queue these payouts and they will be processed automatically at the end of the maintenance window. You don't need to take any action.

Update - Our team has identified the root cause and implemented a fix. As a result, we resumed processing transfers but some customers are still experiencing issues when moving money and adding money to their Wise account. This affects customers using the Wise website and mobile apps.

Our team is working to resolve this issue.

Identified - We're currently experiencing a technical issue affecting money transfers on our website and mobile apps. As a result, transfers are currently not being processed and its not possible to add money to your Wise account.

This issue also affects Wise Platform customers. Our team is already working on a fix.
