During 10:00-10:10 am (BST) / 11:00-11:10 am (GMT) on Sunday, June 27, we will perform a scheduled system maintenance. We expect all our services to be running as normal during that period with the exception of a small window of up to 15 seconds during which transactions will fail.

If you’ve integrated with the Wise API, calls and transfers during the small 15 second window will fail with a 5xx status code.

Identified - We’re experiencing a technical glitch on our platform. Currently, money transfers can not be funded by cards. All other payment methods for a transfer remain available and payouts to recipients are not affected by this. Our team is already working on a solution to bring this back to normal as quickly as possible.

Monitoring - The issue affecting money transfers and cards earlier has been identified and fixed. Card payments should work as normal. Some transfers and direct debit transactions may reach the recipient later than usual, while our systems recover. Our teams continue to monitor the situation.

Update - We’re still investigating an issue affecting our systems that is causing problems with the status of a money transfer. Payouts to the recipient are slower than usual.

Card payments are currently not working for some users in Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. Our team is already working on a solution. In the meantime, please carry a backup card.
